Our centre operates under a strict protocol:

Alarm verification is a visual or audio check triggered by an alarm. An SGP centre operator confirms the intrusion via the cameras before sending an intervention, avoiding false alerts.
How long does SGP keep video recordings?
In line with the Swiss LPD and revised nLPD (2023), we keep recordings for 30 days by default. The retention period can be adjusted to your needs and legal obligations.
Does remote monitoring replace on-site officers?
No, it complements them. Remote monitoring covers off-hours and alarms. For public filtering, flow management or immediate response, a human officer remains essential.
What types of detection do you offer?
