Certifications and regulatory compliance
The practice of private security in Switzerland is strictly regulated. Safe Guard Protection SA holds:
- The cantonal license for security companies for the canton of Geneva
- The cantonal license for the canton of Valais
- Our signature on the Romand concordat on security companies (CES), which harmonises operating conditions across French-speaking cantons
- Appropriate professional civil liability insurance for each service (minimum CHF 5M)
- Strict compliance with the Swiss LPD/nLPD for processing video and access control data
Each of our agents individually holds the authorisation to practise issued by the canton concerned, with a clean criminal record and certified initial training.
